1. Who we are and what these terms apply to
These terms govern the use of the SiteNorma service, which is provided by Gassiot & Llobet, whose tax ID (NIF) is J66534553 and whose address is C. de la Llotja, s/n, Recinte Firal El Sucre, 08500 Vic (Barcelona). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them on your own behalf or on behalf of the organisation you represent. The service is intended for businesses, professionals and public bodies.
2. What the service offers
- Automated accessibility, SEO and technical quality analyses of web pages, on desktop and mobile.
- Automated estimates in the form of detected issues, scores and criteria that require manual review.
- Tools to organise manual review, record evidence and prepare draft documents, such as accessibility information about the service or the accessibility statement.
- Suggested fixes generated with artificial intelligence.
- Reports and exports.
3. What the service does not offer
It is important that you know this before using it:
- SiteNorma offers automated estimates and guidance. It offers no guarantee that your website or your service complies with accessibility regulations or that an authority will consider them compliant.
- Automated tests only detect some of the barriers. Manual review is carried out by you or by the people you designate, and conformance depends on your assessment and on the fixes you make.
- The documents generated are templates: you must review them and, if you need to, check them with your advisers before publishing them.
- AI suggestions may contain errors. They are never applied on their own: you decide whether to use them.
- SiteNorma does not provide legal advice.
4. Account and users
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret, for the users you invite and for the permissions you give them. If you detect unauthorised access, let us know as soon as possible.
5. Acceptable use
- Only analyse websites that belong to you or that you have permission to analyse. Full and scheduled analyses require verification of website ownership.
- Do not use the service to overload, attack or test the security of third-party websites.
- Do not try to bypass your plan's limits, ownership checks or security measures.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of third parties.
We may suspend access if we detect use contrary to these rules, notifying you where possible.
6. Plans, prices and payment
- The plans and their limits are described on the Pricing page. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
- You start on the Free plan. Paid plans (Pro, Agency and Custom) are activated after you contact us; self-serve payment and cancellation will come later.
- If we change prices, we will notify you in advance and the change will apply at the next renewal.
- Payment is handled through a payment provider. [CONDICIONES DE FACTURACIÓN Y REEMBOLSOS PENDIENTES] (billing and refund terms pending)
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service continuously available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. [NIVELES DE SERVICIO Y SOPORTE POR PLAN PENDIENTES] (service and support levels per plan pending)
8. Content and intellectual property
Your websites, your data and the documents you publish are yours. You give us permission to process them only to the extent necessary to provide you with the service. The software, design and text of SiteNorma, including the procedures and guides, are ours or are used by us under licence.
9. Data protection
When we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a processor under the data processing agreement. We process your account data as a controller, as explained in the privacy policy.
10. Liability
The service is provided with professional diligence. We are not liable for decisions you make based solely on the automated estimates, or for any orders or penalties that an authority may impose because of the state of your website. [LÍMITES DE RESPONSABILIDAD PENDIENTES DE REVISIÓN LEGAL] (limits of liability pending legal review)
11. Duration and cancellation
You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account; it will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for. You can close your account whenever you wish: we will give you the option to export your data and will then delete it within the periods stated in the privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
If we amend these terms, we will notify you sufficiently in advance. If you do not agree with the changes, you can leave the service before they come into force.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of Vic (Barcelona) shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer.
