Clear reports for your team, your clients or an authority
A PDF report summarises your website’s results, while an XLSX export helps your team work through the issues. Both say what we know and what we do not, without inflating the results.
Accessibility and compliance PDF report
- Summary: website, date, pages scanned, devices and engine versions.
- Score and rating, or “Manual review pending” if it is too early for one.
- Issues by severity, by template and by responsible role.
- Compliance matrix with the status of each criterion.
- Success criteria that need manual review, and next steps.
We generate tagged PDFs, with bookmarks and reading order. We will only call them accessible once they pass PDF/UA-1 validation with veraPDF.
XLSX export
One row per issue, ready to filter, assign or import into your task manager:
- Rule, WCAG success criterion and EN 301 549 clause.
- Severity, responsible role and people affected.
- Affected pages and devices.
- Work tracking, detection decision and its justification.
- When it was first and last detected.
Wording that does not promise what it does not know
All our reports follow the same writing rules. Instead of sweeping statements, you will see claims that can be checked:
- “Automated estimate”.
- “3 issues detected; 55 success criteria need manual review”.
- “No issues in the automated tests (this does not amount to conformance)”.
If you have discarded detections with a justification, the report says so, with your justification, the evidence, who decided it and when.
Download them when you need them
You can download reports from the history whenever you like. Email notices when a scan finishes or the score drops will arrive later.
